Institutional Investors

During the past years, peer-to-peer lending has been growing fast and it is today a widely accepted form of borrowing and lending worldwide. Due to the low correlation with the stock market and other interest-based markets, investment in loans serves as an excellent tool for institutional investors to diversify their investment portfolio. The historical average annual return of our investors has been around 10 %. Further, Finnish and Polish peer-to-peer loans also include limited credit risk as defaulting loans are sold to collection agencies. Fellow Finance manages administration of loan contracts making investing easy.

Fellow Finance is the biggest crowdfunding and peer-to-peer platform in the Nordic countries. The monthly loan volume is over 10M€ indicating that also large capital can be invested through our marketplace. Fellow Finance Plc is regulated by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland as an authorized Payment Institution.
